OUR THREE PRINCIPLES

ZERO WASTE

We recycle or repurpose plastic, paper, glass, unused food, etc. Almost nothing goes to landfills.

CLIMATE NEUTRAL

We track all of our emissions that contribute to climate change and grow forests to offset them.

We strive to prepare the food we serve from products that have not crossed the borders of Armenia. What we don’t grow ourselves, we source from small local producers.
